Letter to cowboy film star, Ken Maynard, from Wild West showman, G.W. Lillie, known as Pawnee Bill. The letter from G.W. Lillie is handwritten on Pawnee Bill's Buffalo Ranch stationary dated May 16, 1927, praises the film "Senor Dare Devil" starring Ken Maynard, and invites him to come and visit. Second letter typed on Pawnee Bill's Oldtown stationary, dated Mar. 22, 1932 discusses Lillie's near completion of writing "Life of Pawnee Bill" inviting Maynard to read it over in view of making an "important western picture" of it.
